On November 14, 2007, James Edwards, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), left the Company as an officer and employee, effective as of November 14, 2007. He will continue as an outside attorney to the Company.
