Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 12, 2006, Benchmark Electronics, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it expects to meet or exceed fourth quarter 2005 analysts’ consensus of $604 million revenues and earnings per share of $0.52. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
